Regarding the two NVIDIA chips, my best assumption is that Xpeng swapped out its Turing chip and used the one from NVIDIA instead. The official spec from Xpeng is here: https://www.xiaopeng.com/g62025.html

This was supposed to be instead of Nvidia, so not sure what this means:
