The 3 EEA countries – assosiated with EU, does not have any tax on imported cars from China. No "punishment" tax either – like they have in EU.

The issue isn't China specific. As these automakers start penetrating South East and South Asia, Middle East, Latin America, Oceania, Africa etc (all markets without big anti-China tariffs) Tesla can kiss its market share in these good bye.

This is made worse by how Elmo's fasict shenanigans aren't endearing Tesla to the upper and middle class of these nations.

E.g. Trump and Elmo's shocking behaviour in the White House in front of the South African President mean its game over for Tesla in Southern Africa when there will be countless alternatives available in a year or two.
